What's included
Each month we reconcile your accounts, categorize transactions, and prepare financial statements. We verify everything against your bank feeds and catch errors, duplicates, and misclassifications before they become bigger problems. At month-end, you get a P&L and balance sheet that show what actually happened in your business.
How our pricing works
Your rate depends on the amount of money your business spends each month. More expenses mean more verification work, so a business with $5,000 in expenses pays less than one with $500,000. We look at your recent activity, quote a flat monthly rate, and that's what you pay. If your business grows significantly, we'll revisit the number together.
